"The so-called ‘rule of threes’ suggests that if a target group receives a message three times in three different ways (and from three different people), and in three different periods, they are more likely to understand and accept it. This rule is significant principle behind television advertising scheduling"

In 2016, the employment industry generated €491 billion in revenue worldwide, mostly driven by agency work accounting for € 350 billion.
Agency work is growing in many markets in Europe with the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy and Spain all experiencing significant growth compared to the previous year and compensating for a slowdown in the UK.
Japan continues to experience accelerating growth in agency work (8% compared to 7% the year before) while growth in the US, the largest agency work market, remains stable.
The direct recruitment market rose slightly to € 37.8 billion, confirming its trend towards a more profitable and faster-growing HR service.

Published annually, the World Employment Confederation (WEC) Economic Report aims at giving a comprehensive picture of the employment industry and labour market trends in general.
It shows how the members of the World Employment Confederation act as labour market enablers, playing a key role in delivering work, adaptation, security and prosperity to societies.

The 2018 online edition of the World Employment Confederation’s Economic Report compiles robust facts and figures about the employment industry.

The Communication Agency, Page in extremis is proud to have contributed to the creative development and the graphical production of the online report. The result is a comprehensive digital publication made within an intimate creative dialogue framework involving the Belgian communication agency’s creative team, and the World Employment Confederation.

Page in extremis has defined a very accurate process including monitoring and quality check particularly suited to provide maximum comfort to its clients and the best results.

Join us at the 2018 ASECAP Days in Ljubljana!

The 46th ASECAP Study & Information Days will focus on the new EU road mobility package and the role of infrastructure investments therein.

As part of the road mobility package, two legislative proposals will be at the centre stage of the discussions during the ASECAP Days in Ljubljana, namely:

- the proposal for a Directive on the interoperability of electronic road toll systems and facilitating cross-border exchange of information on the failure to pay road fees in the Union (the “EETS” Directive);

- the proposal for a Directive amending Directive 1999/62/EC on the charging of heavy goods vehicles for the use of certain infrastructure (the so-called “Eurovignette” Directive).

The 2018 ASECAP Days will, therefore, look at how toll the infrastructure investments made by the toll motorway operators respond to the new EU legislative package and what remains to be done to meet and, in particular, finance the mobility challenges.

You will find the two-day conference programme on the event website.

The ASECAP Days website, the Reets and the EETS web platforms are all developed by ASECAP in close collaboration with the communication agency, Page in extremis.

The 7th of March 2018, CECED will celebrate its 60th anniversary in Brussels.

As the CECED’s Director General,  Paolo Falcioni once stated: “ I would agree with the South Korean economist, Ha-Joon Chang who claimed that the washing machine had been a more important invention than the Internet”.

The 2014-2016 WIM implementation report is fully digital

From the very beginning in 2008, the Wine in Moderation programme has aimed to make a measurable contribution to the way people approach to wine, and to reducing the abuse of alcohol.

The progress made has been recognised and referenced as good practice by national, European and international authorities, but with success comes responsibility.

Wine in Moderation programme continues to gain momentum and has been established as the reference in Sustainability and Social Responsibility within the worldwide wine business.

The WiM Association executes the reporting exercise annually through an online survey tool, tracking the commitment performance based on specific KPIs. Responses are assessed, and interviews are organised in case of doubts. Restrictions/limitations do apply in such a wide reporting exercise in a fragmented agricultural (wine) sector.

The WiM Association has selected the communication agency, Page in extremis, as a strategic partner for developing the report and ensuring a stronger alignment between the messages conveyed by the Association and their visual expressions.

Located in Brussels, Page in extremis is a strategic communication agency, involving an experimented multidisciplinary team, building brands and strengthening reputations for leading corporations, institutions and European associations.
